This website www.Pro50parts.com (the “Online Shop”) is an online shopping website where you can browse, select and order products advertised on the Online Shop from Pro50parts supported by GT Motor Group Australia. (“Pro50parts”, “us” or “we”).
Please read these terms and conditions before accessing or using the Online Shop.
Your access to and use of the Online Shop, including your order of Products through the Online Shop, is subject to these terms and conditions.
All spare parts advertised and sold on this Online Shop are aftermarket spare parts for Honda/ KTM/ Yamaha brand motorbikes unless stated otherwise.
All spare parts we supplied are in good and new condition unless stated otherwise.
The information contained in this Online Shop is provided in good faith on an "as is" basis. We does not represent or warrant to the reliability, accuracy or completeness of the information contained on this Online Shop. You agree that Pro50parts is not responsible or liable for any liabilities (direct, indirect or consequential losses and damages) arising in any way (including without limitation negligence) for errors in, or omissions from, the information in this Online Shop.
Illustrations photos and images contained in this Online Shop are sample representation of the Products advertised, and variations may occur from time to time.
All prices on this Online Shop are in US Dollars (US$).
Duties & Import Tax
Any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by customs in recipient's country will be responsibility of the recipient, if there is any.
The price of item shown on this Online Shop is the cost of the item only. The Shipping & Handling Fees (S/H Fees) is not included.
We always try to keep this Online Shop updated. However when we have very low stocks of certain item(s), in the unlikely event, the item(s) still shown on this Online Shop page while it has been just sold out. We apologise for any inconvenience in such occasion.
The item(s) shall be paid in full before we processing for despatch from our warehouse. We will charge the total invoice amount on your card or your PayPal account at the moment of order entry.
If the item(s) you ordered is/are out of stock, we will contact you to discuss about to backorder or to cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order without waiting the time for backorder, we will arrange a refund to your card or PayPal account within 3 working days.
The Shipping & Handling Fees (the “S/H Fees”) shown on the checkout system includes shipping freight, packaging material cost and handling cost.
In very rare case, when the actual shipping freight would be much different from the quotation, we will hold the order and contact with you by email or phone in the first time to confirm extra charge or other different solution.
Normally we will process and dispatch your order within two (2) working days after receipt of your order and payment. Please allow seven to fifteen (7-15) working days for most international delivery, if the item(s) is not sent from local distribution centre in your country.
However, the processing time may be longer than normal in busy and seasonal period of time. In this case, please allow extra days for processing and delivery.
Processing time is subject to stock availability, packing preparation time and seasonal time.
Most products sold on this Online Shop comes with the manufacturer's warranty (the "MFW"). The MFW is based on the item(s) which is/are still in new and unused condition when the time of warranty claim is made.
Transportation Damage Warranty ("TDW") is also covers on all item(s) we sold. However, the TDW claim must be reported to us within two (2) working days upon receipt the item(s).
All S/H Fees, returning shipping freight and labour cost are not covered under warranty.
In case of the warranty claim is approved or pre-approved for further assessment, you can return the unused parts with original package in a good condition to us. Original or copy of invoice need to be attached in the parcel.
All to-and-from shipping freight will be responsible by customer, unless negotiated and both agreed otherwise.
